Surgery Date set, Now the nerves set in....

I can't believe it's finally happening and I'm excited and all, but I'm also extremely nervous.  What did you all do to combat the butterflies?

Think of all the great things that will come out of this!!! The  new clothes the new found energy the healthy life stay all your hopes and prayers that will come true.... trust me you will love your sleeve !!!! :-)

I understand because I felt the same way I had my surgery July 10th and what helped me was staying positive and looking forward to the new wonderful healthy life ahead I hope this helps congratulations and much success on your journey.

Exciting times!  I focused on learning as much as I could about the food stages in my post op diet and beyond. I read here lots to try and learn from everyone else's experiences. I had my surgery on 7/1 and am doing quite well. I wouldn't change a thing!  Best wishes!
