Ok, once again I didn't make it into a morning class but I am in the 4:00 class. So I will workout and I will soak my shirt with sweat.

I have been working out later in the day lately, so keep missing posting on here.  

I am going to do a full body lift and some sprints.  I keep getting faster -- and it is so FUN/Amazing/Rewarding!

I'm training for a marathon that will be in October. I ran 8 miles at my marathon pace on the treadmill today, which is 8 minute miles.

I started my pre-op diet yesterday. Was not sure how I would feel with lower calorie intake. I walked 1 1/5 miles yesterday and felt good. Increased it up to 2 miles today.Blood sugars are great and am feeling better about keeping up my daily walks.

Just finished my run. I'm so slow that MFP counts it as walking but I did it!

Yes, I walked 30 minutes today (increased from 20 minutes last week) around my neighborhood. It was a beautiful morning and I actually enjoyed it. I'm just now starting an exercise routine (I'm pre-op), but I'm feeling better already!
