Hi Kate - yes, my cortisol levels were elevated prior to surgery.  I'm sure you're aware that cortisol is  "stress hormone" and obese people seem to have more issues with high levels.  Perhaps because we just have more fat cells to store it for us!   But since surgery mine have come back into the normal level.

That's great to hear! I'm excited to see what changes this will bring other than the weight loss. I so hope I will feel more rested after sleeping!
