psych review done
Last of the checklist done before submittal to insurance. Had the review a week ago, and smoked my last smoke at 3 pm that day. I'm doing ok. have broke down and had 4 smokes, none though since saturday. My mantra, "This surgery WILL be a success, as I WILL follow surgeon directions."

Congratulations on quitting!! My wife and I quit 8 years ago with the help of Chantix, and we never looked back!! I still get the urge, but they come and go in seconds. I fear if I took a puff right now I would choke to death......
