Post-Op Free Protein Shakes
So I do a lot of following and browsing Instagram at Sleevers and there experience. Yesterday I came across a profile that mention getting Month supply of Shakes from now until Feb next year with the help of insurenutrition.com from your insurance.
Thought I pass on the information. Complete the eligibility form and they will call you to verify the details.
Completed mine yesterday lets see if insurance will cover!!
I completed the form about 3 months ago, and I was kind of leary - as it sounded too good to be true. They called me back and said one of their suppliers were supplying gift cards to cover my co-pay (25 a month). They took no payment information from me, so I was like why not! About 1 week later, I got a big box with (4) 18 packs of Premier Protein Strawberry drinks, scar scream and vitamins! Just got my second box about a week ago. So, all seems to be legit thus far :)

They just told me on the phone that they Medicare, Medicaid, Kaiser, and the like don't cover the supplements. Which I found to be unfortunate since someone with those types of insurance are the ones I'd think need the help the most for the costs of supplements
