chewable vitamins...gross!

im two weeks out and wondering when I can move from chewables to pill form...

I crush mine and mix with 1-2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt. MUCH easier to tolerate. You can buy a pill crusher at the pharmacy.

the kirkland kids chewables taste ok , but I was allowed any pill when I came home from the hospital , ask your surgeons office if you can

Centrum chewables taste like skittles. I gave those up for a "petiti" multi vitamin capsule at about 3 months I think.

The ASMBS recommends that we do chewables for 3-6 months.
