One Step Closer...

Howdy peeps!   I met with Dr Lutfi yesterday...a little disappointed the process doesn't move faster but overall very excited the process has started!  My New Me appt is 10/27...with surgery sometime in November, if all goes well.  I'm looking forward to the new chapter and how it will all unfold.  I've been actively perusing this site soaking in all the knowledge and wisdom I can, preparing myself for my new life.  I want to thank every single one of you for your stories, helpful tips, and even worst case scenarios.  All of you have helped me calm my brain and nerves, and I feel have set me up for what can only be a successful future.  Thank you!  I can only hope to be as helpful to others the way you all have been for me...
