I cannot take the chewable vitamins.  I just can't.  They make me so sick and for hours.  It was his way when I took the pills when I was pregnant 100 years ago as well.  Anyone have alternatives?  Are there shots I can take?

Oh do I remember the pregnancy vitamins. They were HUGE! You have so many options these days. Check out your local health store and tell them your issue. There's powder form and liquid form vitamins that you can place and hide in yogurt or pudding! Good luck. Christine

Which ones are you taking?  Which ones have you tried?

Are you taking them with food?

Does the liquid form desolve better in your system?

I am not sure about that. I got it from GNC when I returned some unflavoredprotein powder. It was on sale for $5.99. Took the bottle to my NUT and she said I could take it. I don't know if it absorbs faster though.

I am in the same boat! Woke up from surgery with a gag reflex and nausea to certain things. I am doing a gummy multiple vitamin.  I know it isn't the same but at least it is something.  Hope this helps

My multi-vitamins made me nauseous...so I checked with both my surgeon and nutritionist, and instead use Celebrate Vitamins ENS protein shakes. They contain a full multi-vitamin, in addition to protein & fiber.

How far post op are you?  At one month post op I was able to swallow pills.  I take regular Nature Made multi vitamins from CVS.  I always take them after I have eaten.

The chewables made me nauseous too.  So I switched to pills I swallow.  Are you unable to swallow pills?
