Is it possible to lose 50 more pounds 6 months out?
It is fairly common for us to lose in a stair step pattern. I was very steady the first few months, but then this pattern kicked in. No weight loss for up to 21 days and then over a 3 day period 10 pounds. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. The first time I was scared like you mentioned. 2nd time, still scared. But by the third time I was able to accept that it was simply a pattern that my body needed for whatever reason. I had no difficulty losing in months 7 and 8. Had I not been at goal at month 8 I do think the weight loss would have kept going. Usually if people stop losing it is more of a diet fatigue thing than anything- so just stick with it and it will happen!
