Why Shoulder pain?

Anesthetic gas gets stuck in different areas of the body and you will feel "referred pain" in different areas.  I felt it in the shoulder too.  A heating pad or damp hot towel helps tremendously!  

And of course - walk, walk, walk, walk!  It's the only thing that moves that type of gas out of the body.
