I'm probably gonna be stuck at work for 48 hours and I'm on my liquid diet ugggh

You can do it!  Just make sure you get in all of your liquids even if you have to drink the same old thing because it is really important.  You will soon be able to move onto pureed foods which will be better. Before you know it, you will be on to soft foods etc. (I am 2-1/2 months out so I can relate.)  Deal with it the best that you can.  (The liquid, pureed, soft food stages are not forever and it goes by quickly.)  Don't work too hard!
