Five weeks ago today, I had my VSG Surgery. I have lost 40.2 pounds as of today, 19.8 of that Post-Op. I am SO EXCITED that I have hit the 40 pounds lost mark! :-) I lost 1.4 pounds this past week. FitBit tells me I have lost 34% of my excess weight! I have another NSV to add to my growing list:
-I walked 30-50 minutes for each of 5 days for the second week in a row. This is a big victory for me, because before my surgery, I could not walk any distance at all because of the pain in my feet and legs caused by my excess weight.

I am so very thankful I had this Surgery.

Kay :-)

Congratulations surgery date buddy!  I have not yet gotten my walking up to anything like yours - you'll be my motivations to get off my butt!
