This was dinner tonight. Family had it served over brown rice. My serving is 1/2 C grilled onions, red peppers and green peppers, 1/4 C grilled pineapple, 2.5 oz. grilled shrimp and 1 T sweet and sour sauce. Nutrition info: 209 cals, 25 g. carbs (8 from the sweet and sour sauce - it would have been good without that too), 10 g, fat and 12 g. protein.

Super yummy and easy to make.

looks delicious!   We're having chicken and shrimp fajitas.  Mine without the tortilla!

I so wish my husband was a shrimp fan, because I would be on this in a second. I'm sure it would work well with chicken too!
