Almost 5 Years Out - am unsure what to do

I often have the munchies at night, so I completely understand.  My motto is if it is not in the house, I won't eat it, so I try not to buy junk for my house and try to keep healthy, preferably high protein snacks on hand, in case my urge to munch won't go away.  I know that maintenance is the hard part of this and I'm really scared to get there and be where you are now.  Good luck to you!

I say ditto to working your feelings out with a therapist.

On the next topic - I, too am 5'5" and I can't imagine myself at 126, let alone 104.  When I got down to 138, I got comments like "lollipop" and "scarecrow" - and that was a size 8.  Today I'm a size 10 and quite content.  My advice to you is to buy yourself some clothes that fit.  You still have plenty to feel good about with how you look, but you need new packaging to flaunt it now.
