What cha eating today, VSGers? - Thursday

Hi all,

I had a 1/2 day meeting this morning, so I had my salmon for breakfast and headed off for the meeting to be greeted by bagels and croissants and pastries and fruit salads.  So this tested my determination, and I'm pleased to say I stood strong, taking the chair farthest from the food, and limiting myself to coffee.

My hubby is eating humus and chips right now right here, and I'm not even tempted!  hoo-ray!

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - a small spinach salad with a little cheese, 2 stuffed grape leaves, and some sauted peppers and onions. 

Lunch2 - chicken fajita toss - finished it off - yum

Dinner - crack slaw - also yum.

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - walking a few miles

How about you?  What cha eating?
