Congratulations! It always makes me feel good when someone notices I've lost weight. That being said, who you tell about your surgery and when you tell this person about your surgery is your decision and your decision alone. You can tell everyone or no one and not a single person has the right to tell you otherwise. Enjoy the little victories. This is just one in a long line coming.
