I usually only step on the scale at my checkups with my surgeon. I understand his reasoning in not wanting us to just focus on the number but our overall health..but I am just curious at how my body loses weight. I want to see if there is a pattern to it and so this morning I weighed myself and was pleased with the number. It sank in after a few minutes that losing 30 more lbs will put me in "one"derland..that is just crazy! 30 lbs is a lot and a little at the same time! I can do this! This is really happening! I don't know when I last saw a 1 in front of my weight but I am certain I was still playing with Barbies and dressing up in my moms high heel shoes. That was definitely eye opening for me..seeing it on my scale, in my bathroom..good motivation for those days when the head hunger is roaring.

Vitamins and water in. Walking and worked at the shop after church.
