Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Thursday 10/19/17

Hello everyone,

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - hamburger and tomato sauce

dinner - chicken and spiralized cucumber salad - yum

snacks - 5 oz wine, one atkins peanut butter cup, and perhaps some string cheese

just 3 more days until I travel to south America. I can't wait...

QoTD: I usually go up to bed between 10 and 11, but I often don't sleep until 1 to 3 AM. My insomnia is getting worse. I usually read, or practice my Spanish until I can finally drift off to sleep....
