Morning! I haven't started this post in forever but, I woke up thinking my alarm hadn't gone off for work and flew out of bed. I have to work this afternoon for a Transfer Orientation session. Otherwise, I just really need to get my house scrubbed clean for my aunt and uncle arriving on Wednesday (not that it's dirty, but my brain says it has to be perfect, lol).

QOTD: What is one thing in your daily routine that you could never give up? I think I'd have to say coffee. I hope never to have to give it up!

M1: Coffee, PP, Miralax, HC

M2: Egg, Cheese, Avocado

M3: Grilled Chicken Breast or Left Over Chicken Thigh

M4: TJ's Chili Lime Burger w/ Veggies

M5: Yogurt

E: I'm thinking I wouldn't hate a nice long walk this morning!

I'm up early to take advantage of the temperature for running. Looking forward to getting out there after a few more minutes of hydration!

QOTD: Showering. I love showers. Even though my showers have gotten pretty short as I've gotten older, they're still one of my favorite parts of the day.

1: protein shake
2: leftover sous vide lamb from last night
3: tamale hash (I steamed the tamales yesterday and will fry them up tonight, plus fried eggs on top!)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running (the plan is 3 miles, 1:45/1 intervals), yoga (30 min intermediate stretches for runners)

Good morning! Work almost over and the day walkers will be showing up soon! It's been an insanely slow night. There was an over staffing issue so I only had a few patients tonight. I would say it's nice, except for the boredom. I am glad I picked up my new book from the library.

QOTD: Hot tea when I wake up. It really relaxes me before the day starts.

Breakfast: Italian chicken sausage, danon light and fit greek

Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese

Dinner: roast beef sandwich with cheese

snacks: apple, almonds, maybe cheese too but I didn't eat all my snacks for work Friday as is

Totals: 937 calories, 53carbs, 90 protein

Good morning! Josh and 17 other soldiers got home from Afghanistan yesterday. It was quite the scene at the airport with the USO welcome crew and the many families and friends there with flags and signs. I cried my eyes out when I saw him. I love my little brother fiercely and I'm so happy to have him home. His little boys clung to him and didn't want to be put down. It was so sweet. Today we're all spending the day together on the lake.

QOTD: My coffee break for sure. It's also when I stop and have a meditative moment and set an intention for my day. I love the whole process.

B - coffee & protein

L - yogurt

D - Kung pao chicken and pork dumplings

E - swimming

Good morning,

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I started a job and it's wonderful. I'm working with mostly babies and sometimes toddlers. During the morning before work is my time to help friends, run errands or sleep in so I haven't been on for awhile. I feel out of the loop what's going on with everyone. Then every night except Thursday and Saturday I have something going on.

Today I have a birthday party to attend for my friends granddaughter. I'll have a piece of cake somewhere in my meal plan

Qotd coffee, I feel out of it if I have to miss it for some reason.

B ham and cheese omelette, string cheese and pork and beans. Also had a dinner roll from yesterday lunch

L tuna, cottage cheese and strawberries

D Birdseye garlic chicken and grapes

Have a good day
