Oh so sorry that you have a delay but, think of it like you have more time to prepare. I've been doing the six month diet and it's going poorly. I've been focusing on chewing slowly and waiting to drink. It's hard but makes me not think about loosing weight. Then I have to find time to exercise. Joining a gym tomorrow! Good luck!
