Just got to blow my horn

Helo to all want to say good morning,afternoon,evening,to all that read the post when you can i am doing great a total of 70pds.in 4months and i feel great went to the doctor yesterday and he said i was doing great so i just had to tell you guys hope all is well with everyone else i am going to started my fall cleaning today the doctor said it was okey just as long as i did not over do it not to move the fur.without someone help me so my daugh-in-law is going to help me monday it will be a long day monday so much to do up i am up for it so bye for now got to get to the kitchen and start the work so bye for now and god bless you all that read the post.nancy adkins
