Sharing a "Food" tip I saw on TV!!

 Hummus is so good and not high in fat if you make it yourself we eat it like soup
                 3 can chick peas (drained but keep water from one
                  3 lemons juiced
                    3 Tbs. thini paste
                   4-6 cloves of garlic or to taste we like alot
                   1/4 cup extra light olive oil
                   salt and pepper to taste
I put everything in the foodprosser and blend till smooth and creamy you will love it

Although I am pre-surgery this recipe sounds really good. I must make it post surgery down the road. My surgery date is 5-25-11. Thank You!
