Am I the only one that since having wls feels like my **** is broke? lol... I still enjoy sex dont get me wrong but feels like my button is broken ever since. Does surgery do something to that area of your body? I just had to ask to make sure I am not the only one going through this.
Thanks

Can you be more specific?  What do you mean by "broken?"  More sensitive?  Less sensitive?  Painful?

And this might be a good topic for the "Sex Before and After WLS" board.  They may have more  input for you there.

Less sensitive almost numb but not quite just totally different then before surgery.

Hmm.... well, things can definitely change all over your body post-WLS, but I don't know why you would be feeling less-sensitive.  Are you getting enough fluids in?  Have you experienced any other symptoms?

You JUST has surgery. Your hormones are going a little crazy right now. Give it time. I wasn't interested for months until my hormones settled down. Be patient and your libido will come back again.

I had my surgery a year ago? Maybe I am not getting in enough fluids, I just noticed this has happened every time since surgery? Just wondering if anyone else has had it happen to them too.

Hi there,
How long did it take for yours to come back?  It's been over 2 years for me.. and pretty much not interested.  I've talked to my surgeon's office, and my OB/GYN.. been told there's nothing I can do.

Took me a good six months, could have been longer but my DH at the time wasn't interested in waiting so long!

Maybe hormones??

I was not into it for several months but it came back.
