Be more active with your children and grandchildren!
 

September is Childhood Obesity Awareness month. Make it your goal for the next 30 days (and beyond) to be more active with your children and grandchildren! As the childhood obesity rates soar, it is more important than ever to keep our young ones active and healthy. Within your weight loss journey, you can be a role model and inspiration to our younger generations.

Here are a few goals some of our OH community members have recently shared:

ride a bike with my boys to be a healthy role model for my daughter To be happy and enjoy my children & family. play soccer with my daughter actively participate in LIFE with my husband and children! Be confident in a swimsuit in public be able to take my daughter 2 Disneyland and not be embarrassed. My goal is to be a healthy energetic mom. Walk outside with my children EVERYDAY. become a healthy and active Mom and Wife! play with my son actively w/out getting tired. To be a healthy/ happy role model for my kids, to see them grow up to be there for my grand kids when my kids have then someday take my kids to an amusement park and spend all day riding rides with them
