Goal of the Month: Strive for Healthy Emotions


Taking care of your body is one of the most powerful things you can do to support your personal emotional well-being. It’s very important to pay attention to your own needs and feelings throughout your weight loss journey. What are your emotional well-being goals?

OH Members share some of their goals to maintain healthy emotions:

Find a healthy way to deal with stress, find new ways to cope w/fear, anxiety, depression and joy.
Deal with my emotional eating issues, Recogize and manage my fears of being thin,Have more tollerance with my children and husband, Feel confident about the future, not frightened that I am going to die young, Do my daily affirmations, Think positive thoughts always, My short-term goals is to prepare for my surgery and keep a postive attitude. Journal daily regarding my weight, food intake, emotions and exercise program, stress less,Get through the surgery without freaking out in fear! Exercise MORE and MORE and MORE
