Stick to a low carb / high protein diet to get ready for surgery, Learn better eating habits that will help me stay healthy.
Eat more vegetables, Get my protein in, stop drinking empty calories (ie Coke), Drink more water, Keep a more consistent food diary, I want to be healthy and not have food rule my life, TO EAT HEALTHY AND MAKE GOOD FOOD CHOICES, try not to eat bad snacks, stay away from alcohol
