Set Reachable Goals for 2012!

When setting your goals throughout 2012, it is important to set goals that you feel are reachable within your journey to living a healthier lifestyle. Here are seven tips to help you set your reachable goals:
1. Keep your goals simple and realistic
2. Set goals that inspire and motivate you
3. Practice positive self-talk
4. Believe in your goals
5. Set goals that are measurable
6. Write your goals down
7. Share your goals with family and friends to obtain support

Reach a healthy weight for my body type & have more energy for my family, I WANT TO GET OVER THE fat PERSON I STILL SEE MYSELF AS.
Take dance lessons again, LIVE LIFE TO FULLEST, Love my husband the way he deserves, Lose weight before surgery, Take a family photo that I am proud of, Get out of the plus size department, Belly dance like a pro!, Make new, supportive, and fun friends!. Get back on stage in some form, Make more eye-contact, Get off of my cholesterol medicine! Go to London next year and be thinner and happier, Get Back on Track
