The happy and hectic holiday season is just days away, and the family traditions will carry on. Rich desserts, creamy side dishes, and robust main courses will be just a few of the temptations to derail you from reaching your weight loss goals. So let's all set a goal this month to do what we can to stay on track! Here are eight tips to help you stay on track this holiday season and beyond:
1. Set realistic goals.
2. Share your goals with your peers via the OH Goal system.
3. Use post-it notes to strategically place goal reminders around your home.
4. Start with small goals.
5. Track your results by using the OH Health Tracker.
6. Journal/blog your goals and progress on your OH Profile.
7. Create milestones for your goals.
8. Have a support system in place. Join an OH online group! Click here.
