Protein Pumpkin Fluff

Ingredients:
• 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (Regular or Light, do not use Fat Free as it will not set properly)
• 1 (5 ounce) package instant sugar-free cheesecake (or vanilla) pudding mix
• 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin (not pie filling)
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions: In a large bowl, mix together instant pudding mix and whipped topping. Add pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk together until smooth. Add protein powder and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator until serving (at least 3 hours).
Makes 12 – ¼ cup servings. Serve alone or with apple slices.
