New here-13 days to surgery
Hello everyone,
I am happy to be here. I am 13 days from surgery and found out about OH when i was at my support group and I am so happy to be around motivating people who either has had surgery or is going thru the process. If anyone has anything they want to share or advice they want to give. I am all ears.

Wishing you the best of success in your decision to have surgery. I did not have rny but the best advice I would give is follow the directions and stick to the plan early, you won't regret it. Ask questions, make wise food choices, drink your water, take your vitamins and exercise when you are allowed.
