I started with a highest RECORDED weight of 332 (it was probably a few pounds more than that), had a RNY in August of 2007, and am maintaining a loss of 190 pounds.  At coming up on 6 years out, I hover right around 145,  sometimes a few pounds higher, sometimes a few pounds lower.
