Stall

I am 3 months out and have been stalled for 2 and a half weeks. It is putting me into a low mood funk. I know I have been doing okay so far but wish this stall would end or it get sunny and maybe my mood will lift. I am eating 80 g protein and 100 0z water so I guess I just wait. My therapist says it might be because I started waterfit 2 weeks ago that I am stalled, I know 3 months is normal for a stall, but come on how long should it last??? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I seem to stay at one weight for 3-4 weeks and then drop 4-8kg in one week.  If you've started waterfit, you'll likely have added muscle (and lost fat) but not noticed it since muscle weighs more.   I'm sure you'll start dropping faster if you stick with it.

I know what you mean about the sunny weather, it's about time... At least our snow has finally melted.  I've been going for walks when it's over 10 and it's been very nice.  

 

No blizzards in May please...
