Final Goal 160

I know I need to lower my caloric intake back to 800-900 to lose the remaining 6 pounds but my body is fighting--I don't feel great, nasty & snappy attitude all day, so I am weighing the pros and cons of the remaining 6 pounds.

Maybe you should try maintenance for awhile, then come back to losing those last 6 pounds, just be careful of the bounce back I've seen so many post about.

Next goal: onederland

I'm defiantly seeing the weight becoming more stubborn to lose...i won't accept it, fighting it tooth and nail!

Next fitness goal: still doing 3 miles runs, working on consistency and not hoping for death by 2.5miles. I also upped my stair stepper to 20 minutes, working on not hating those extra five  minutes :-)

At 8 months out, it definitely gets harder. Are you measuring your portions and tracking every bite? Make sure they have not creeped up. Every little bit can make a difference.

Keep fighting!! You've got this!!

I'm absolutely weighing/measuring portions. I'm tracking too (100 days on MFP!!) but the "every bite" part is probably a bit of stretch. Its only one time of day I struggle with 'grazing', and that's after work/before dinner. I wish I could exercise at that hour instead of come home; but family , kids homework...blah blah blah. I'll figure it out.

I'm 10 months out BTW.

Oops- 10 months out it is.

Keep fighting for every pound. It is much harder for us heavyweights.
