I don't weigh officially till Friday. It'll be interesting to see how the week ends, started by going up and took a turn back down today, hopefully that trend continues.

I participated in a spaghetti lunch at the ringette tournament. It kicked me out of ketosis and I packed on 4 pounds lol. so I am sitting at 216 this week. But that's ok. I had a small amount of pasta and sauce. I was satisfied and didn't feel like I needed more. I didn't feel full afterwards, so it really is true that for me, eating carbs just doesn't satisfy me. I have made the right decision to eliminate them minus the occasional treat from my diet.

Those 4 will be gone within the week since I went right back to my low carb ways.

Played two out of three round robin games. the injury made it difficult, but I managed to earn MVP for both games.

Woooooooo!

The MArch 27th goal is unlikely, but I still think I can make wonderland by mother's day. I'm givin' 'er all she's got, Captain!

Looking forward to next week!

I tried pasta, I was shocked how sweet the sauce tasted. It was nice bc I'm like meh about it now.

I've gotten too relaxed. I have hit a size that I am comfortable with. As a result I have let myself slack up. I haven't gone crazy with my eating, but I know I am having too much. I have basically put myself into maintenance for the last month and a half. I need to rededicate myself to my plan. I may be comfortable at this size but I still have more that I want to lose. If I let myself keep on this track I won't get there. As of now, there is no more "one cookie" for desert.

Do you have something one size smaller that you can display prominently in your closet as motivation? I love Levi's 501 jeans. I always bought a pair one size smaller that what I was wearing so that I would be motivated to get into them. That worked for me without being too overwhelming.

That's a good idea. All I used to wear in jeans was Levis. I haven't bought any since I started losing. I think I will buy myself a  goal pair.

Maintaining at my new lower weight pretty easily. Yippee!! I may even try to lose a few more, although my face starts to look too saggy when I get smaller than this.
