7 Days and Counting

I am so grateful to have this second chance at living not existing. I now will be able to expand an ever shrinking world. My world has gotten smaller and smaller and now I have the opportunity to make an impact in the world and on my friends and family. I thank GOD for this chance and I am ready....I am excited and I know my family is as excited as I am. 7 Days to the "losing side", and I just can't wait. Thanks to everyone on the Texas Board, your stories and your journeys have been an inspiration to me. Michelle

Good luck Michelle! Are you on a clear liquid diet now to get ready for the surgery? Lori 384/322/170

My doctor has not required a liquid diet, however I have stopped all types of heavy meals and am surviving of very soft foods, soups, etc. He is very strict on post-op diet and so I will be on liquids for several weeks after surgery. Thanks, Michelle
