Hope someone in PA is reading this ...
My daughter will be turning 18 on the 15th. She wants her belly button pierced ...This is one for the books for me. I never even considered this for me. Does anyone have any suggestions where to get it done ? We are near DE and someone suggested a place in wilmington. I plan on going with her but I want to make sure the place is ok.
