Pre made VS. powdered protien drinks

Well, considering it's the same type protein ( whey vs whey), I have never heard of the powder being more available to our system than premix. 

I thought maybe he just had a misunderstanding thinking it was a lesser type of protein.

In this case, I'd ask him for some information that backs this up.

The pre-made are not as good as the powders. They are not mostly whey, but have some cassein, as well. It's not as well absorbed.

And you have paid them to add water for you.

Just put your powder in a dried water bottle or other disposable thing, add 4-6 oz of water, shake. Or mix with ice & water, but make it a short one so it gets thicker for you.

Maybe use up your pre-mades at 1 per day with the other 3-4 being powder
