Wow, you are doing amazing....im 4.5 months post op, surgery was 09/13/12...todate I have lost 109lbs...my starting weight was 342, and now at 233...can't wait to get to that amazing Onederland......congrats on your success....I've tried to post pictures of myself but I always get a message saying there to big...hopefully I can figure out what I'm doing wrong.....

I would've guessed you to be way lower than 193; I think you look trim and fit. Huge congrats on the NSV's as well. Great job.
