DS Revision - severe anemia

It's been two years since my DS and I was anemic after surgery and trying all supplements.  The only ones that worked for me are Cypress brand Poly Iron 150mg tablets (bought on Vitalady's website).  I now take 4 per day and my numbers are in the high 11 to 12 range now and holding steady for more than a year.  You must take iron supplements separate from any dairy or calcium supplements for full absorption.
