How do I help my daughter?

We have been home for 2 days now after my daughter had Bypass surgery.  She is hungry all the time and she is sick to death of broth and Crystal light.  I feel bad for her and I am pushing her like crazy to eat and drink throughout the day.  She has had really no protein and I am worried about her health as well as her mental state.  She is saying she may regret getting it done.  I know that this is probably normal but I am feeling really horrible because I don't know what to do for her.  HELP from anyone would be apprecative.  Also, we have 4 other adults in the household that I have to cook for and that makes me feel bad too that she can't have anything but liquids right now. 

Does anyone have any advice on how I can be a much better supporter.  I am thrilled with her that she has done this and I think it is the best thing she has ever done.
