Hi there good to see another visitor. I pop in everyday just to see if anyone else has come by with questions, we aren't a real busy board. Like I say tho I'm almost always around. You have a great summer too, it has to be better than the cold winters as long as it doesn't get TOO hot!

I hear ya on the HOT summers! They kill me as much as e cold winters do. If the weather could stay around the mid 70's with low humidity, I would feel like I'm in heaven!

I stop by everyday as well, glad to know that you're around if I ever need you!

Sherry,

I wish I could assure you that it will, but unfortunately I still have problems with my Fibro.  I have lost 135 pounds in 10.5 months, but hoping to lose 35 more. I had RNY done in August 2012.

If you have any ?'s feel free to come back and ask.

Hi,

I just found this web site today & joined. I have fibromyalgia among many other things. The fatigue and pain are the worst. I have some days that are better than others. I wish I could get more done daily. But I seem to need to spend so much time in bed resting/sleeping. It's frustrating. I am on a good multi vitamin pill and I keep looking for solutions for the fatigue.  Ivypie44

Yes, the fatigue is frustrating with FMS.  I will have a great day and over do things so then have two or three down days.  My brain still wants to do all the things that my body will not allow.   I gained wt partially due to having FMS because I became less active after messing up my feet and knees.  Next came this aching all over that was diagnosed as FMS.  I didn't expect to be free of the symptoms with wt loss since it started prior to the gain.   However, I am doing much better because the inflammation isn't as bad now with a normal wt.   I also notice that I feel better since surgery because I don't eat as much sugar.  I'd read sugar caused more aching in FMS patients so perhaps for me it is true.
