okay people,  i am wanting to purchase a piece of exercise equipment...yep, the exercise ball.  i am just concerned about the wt limits on them.  i am about 340.  i saw some today that are "anti burst" but did not see a wt limit on them.  can anyone of you guide me here as to what will hold up?  thanks

I used one at 370.  The brand was Valeo.

I think they're all different and should have that limit on the ball. I had a buddy that was a world record holder in the bench press. He weighed 315 pounds and laid on that ball with a pair of 150 dumbbells to do Dumbbell bench presses.  So I'd say they hold quite a bit.

Yea, I used one at 370 as well. It is a great piece of equiment you can balance on it and build strength with it. Enjoy.

I asked my trainer this at the gym last week. I have only been training with him for a few weeks. When he told me to sit down on the ball, I just looked at him! I asked if there was a weight limit, since I still see myself at 350.4 where I started, and he said; "No, you will be fine." I was so scared that I would bust the ball in front of all those people! You will be fine my dear! Teresa
