Back day It's my day off work...slept in till noon. I needed that. 3:20 pm to 5:30 pm @ power Shack gym 20 min warmup Walking stretching and abs Power Cleans Partial Deadlifts from below knee 1 Arm DB Rows Long Pulley Rows Wide Grip Pulldowns Barbell Shrugs Cybex Rear Delt machine 4 way neck machine Hammer Gripper Cybex Calf Press * "Look beyond where you are to where you want to be." GREAT WORKOUT!  I am on my way later this morning to my surgeon's office so he can draw on me. I am scheduled for around noon tomarrow...I will be back sometime next week... Off with the skin Michelle
