Did 90 minute pilates class.  Then did 90 minutes in the jacuzzi.  More tomorrow.  Dee

I've never tried pilates, but I understand it helps with abs and lower back. how long have you been doing pilates and how has it helped? I joined a gym in late August and have been going regularly ( 4 or 5 times weekly) and have had great success so far with overall strength, stamina and losing lots of inches, but that midsection is just not slimming as much as I would like. Thanks for any information you can give me. Anita

I do at least 3 hours of pilates each week! It definitely strengthens your core! You should try it you'll be standing up straighter and  looking leaner!!! I love pilates!!

Thanks Summer.....I'm planning on taking a class next week and then I'll see how I can work it into my crazy schedule.
