Hands ever go numb?

I have a question. When I am on the treadmill, or on the cross trainer, I have noticed that my hands get a tingling feeling,,, then go numb!!!  Has anyone else experienced this? I notice that it usually happens right at the end of my workout, when my heartrate is above 140 bpm. I look forward to all comments. Steve Que

That happens to me too, but also with my feet. After 20 minutes on the elliptical my feet are all tingly and go numb. Anyone with ideas? Pam
