what's a farmer's walk, E?  Many mental pictures here - LOL?  is it a barbell over the shoulders and lunges across the room (oxen style)? I wogged 50 minutes this morning. Guess what - it may snow here tonight! It is snowing in some parts of town actually!

Did a 60 minutes intense cardio class called Body Attack. Claims to burn 1,000 calories... I believe it.... then went to a 60 minute Yoga/ Pilates type of class.
