I'm 1 month post-op and was wondering when could I start working out. I have lost 4o lbs and really starting to notice a big difference in my stomach area and don't want to get saggy. Any suggestions on what types of excercise to start with?

Depends on what you mean by working out. Ask your surgeon. Most say 4 to 6 weeks  you can start light weight training. I personally recommend walking as often as possible. 1 month out you'll have energy drains and you're still recovering from surgery so don't pu****  No ab work, especially crunches. Believe it or not you'll lose more off your waist by taking the energy and walking.
