I did 55 minutes of wogging already. Hope to do a bike ride today, not fast, just all business.  Can ya tell my DH is not home.  Woo hoooo, free exercise time. Eating cereal for supper, too.

Course this is only fun cuz he is coming back soon. I'd hate to go back to these days of filling up hours cuz i'ze lonely!  Did a lonely girl bike ride on the beautiful river trail - 85 minutes high intensity.

My training today... 12:45 to 1:15 pm racing the storm that's coming walked 30 minutes 2:15 pm to 3:40 pm @ Power Shack 15 min warmup Squat Snatch Suspended Front Squats Suspended Olympic Good Mornings 10:45 pm to 11:30 pm @ work gym walk 10 min 30 min Ab conditioning circuit Slacking today.
