step...

does anyone here no of any good easy to catch on step areobic DVD  and also where to buy a step platform?  also  has anyone used these glide things for ur feet to work out ur thighs and calves?  i would love to buy a pair  they really gave me a work out   thanks in advance!!!!

I dont usually buy the tapes so I cant help you there. I go to the gym for step class and fitTV has step shows I record and do each week. As far as buying the steps, you should be able to get one at any sporting goods store. They usually come with a DVD as well to get you started. Once u learn the terminology its a lot of fun...
