I did a two-hour special event Spinning class today.  It was *intense* and very, very sweaty.  I feel like an athlete! Tami

Thanks, Scott!  Who'd a thunk it?  I'm in second place in my gym's summer challenge.  And I'll bet I'm the only person out of 100+ participants who was morbidly obese 18 months ago.   Tami

Yeah, it is, Mary.  You know, this may sound wierd, but in a way I'm glad that I was obese.  Most people don't get this kind of opportunity to totally change their lives and health.  The difference between what was "then" and what is "now" is truly amazing.  Just a little over a year ago, I hated going to Walmart because it was too much effort, and hurt my feet! Tami, I understand what you mean, I think we have such a greater appreciation for what we are able to do now.  Nothing is taken for granted, especially when you remember how a trip to Walmart would hurt your feet. Mary
